I dislike worms...

For the longest time I have felt the need to talk about my hate for worms on a rainy day on campus. Seriously though, I think I have a phobia of worms. I cannot stand the smell of them (yes, they do have a rather uncanny smell!) and the sight of them slithering their multi colored pink and brown bodies on the wet cement just crawls under my skin like no other. Then I think of the fact that I disected one of those goobers in Biology back in high school. And of course the fact that worms can be cut in two and still live is just WRONG. I'm sorry if you have a worm farm or something, but if that is the case, I just feel as though we could never be friends...you & I nor your worms.

Do you ever throw microwave popcorn in the microwave (duh) and have to go back and check to make sure you put the "This Side Up" side up, like it tells you to? I just did that and I do it a lot. I obviously don't have the memory of an elephant. Thought you might want to know that.

Alright, I'm ending this. I just have nothing to say at this point on this Friday afternoon. 1.5 hours more of working and then perhaps I will decide if I'm going home or staying here. Who knows - it's all the same to me anymore. Okay maybe not...it's not like I enjoy the 4 hour drive to go back home for 2 nights.

Quote for the day: "He who dies with the most toys, wins." I think my brother lives by that quote. My dad also has a magnet that says that...hes had it since I was little and first started to read. Amazing.

Bye.

Four hours of sleep, boredom and a new blender

Patrick bought a new blender today. My world is a now a better place. Perhaps I will enjoy one of my already made margaritas tonight that already have tequila in them - all you have to do is throw that shiznit in the blender with some ice and you be groovin'.

I got 4 hours of sleep last night - that is HALF of what I am generally accustomed to. Needless to say, I wasn't the happiest of campers this morning. I went to bed @ Mumma's house around midnight and woke up around 4:30 to get my ass up and outta there by 5:30 for the 2 hour drive back to Kazoo. Working at 8 on Monday morning SUCKS. Anyway, I took me some Vivarin and that shit fucks you up - I didn't want to keel over at the wheel, but sitting at a desk in English class watching your hand twitch is not fun. I just took a nap at 7:30 and I could still - 12 hours later - feel the after effect of those pissers. Not fun stuff!

This weekend was good - I made $95 babysitting which I desperately needed, but I only came home with $30 which really sucks. No, I didn't go out partying like it was my birfday...I spent too much on Mothers Day presents. But I have an amazing mother and grandmother and I needed to recognize them for the wonderous ladies that they are. Anyway, I babysat for John, Andrew, Elizabeth, Zachary & Rachel on Friday and that was a good time. Its always fun babysitting for them because I love them so much. Its my second (or third if you count the Vasquez's) house. Then on Saturday I babysat for my Kelsey baby & Morgan which was WONDERFUL. I miss them and its great to play dolls and barbies and let them do my hair and stuff. :)

Dude, I so need to do something with my life. I will finish this like, uh...tomorrow. I'm still obsessed with Chicago so I will give a quote from the beloved CZJ:

"I think I came out of the womb loving makeup."~Catherine Zeta Jones

Peace out.
